Our Story

Third-generation craftsmanship

Medlock Alterations is Atlanta’s premier tailor and custom clothier. Our tailors are trained in the art of tailoring, and custom garments are crafted by tailors connected with Savile Row, London’s home of bespoke tailoring.

We work in luxury fabrics, take precise body measurements, and offer individual style guidance, with craftsmanship focused on fit and longevity.

The shop’s current owner learned the trade at his grandfather’s cutting table before taking over the business, and the same hands-on approach carries through today’s team: every garment that comes through the door is measured, cut, and finished in-house.
